Chief Executive Officer

Date of Birth: December 6, 1994
Educational Background: Studied Mathematics at the University of Tokyo and then moved to the Graduate School of Economics at the University of Tokyo.
Work Experience: Worked at PFN (Preferred Networks) as a Lead Engineer, and then joined Mitsui & Co., where he was responsible for AI projects from scratch (0→1).

Chief Operating Officer

Date of Birth: September 19, 1994
Educational Background: During high school, received awards such as the Chemistry Grand Prix Gold Award and the Physics Challenge Silver Award. Studied Biology at the University of Tokyo and entered the doctoral program at the Graduate School of Life Sciences at the University of Tsukuba (but withdrew).
Work Experience: Worked at Omron and FPT Consulting Japan. His experience includes doctoral coursework, manufacturing industry, IT consulting

Chief Technology Officer

Date of Birth: May 19, 1990
Educational Background: Graduated from CentraleSupélec, a Grande École in Paris, France.
Work Experience: Experienced data scientist and engineer in France. Founded AI startup Buster.AI and served as CTO. After company exit, moved to Japan and joined INDX Inc. in 2025. Leading INDX's technology strategy and next-generation data platform development. Won international AI competition in information verification and misinformation detection. 10 years as full-stack engineer and 4 years as startup CTO.

General Partner, Incubate Fund

Background: After graduating from Keio University, worked in JAFCO's overseas investment division covering IT companies in Silicon Valley and Israel. After Accenture, led founding investments through IPO — including MonotaRO — at Works Capital, a Mitsubishi Corporation subsidiary. Became independent in 2007 and co-founded Incubate Fund in 2010.
Investment Track Record: Under the motto "First Round, Lead Position," has led investments in more than 40 founding-stage startups including Coincheck, Schoo (listed on TSE Growth), Pokelabo, SQUEEZE (listed on TSE Growth), and INDX. Serves as director of M&A Cloud and outside director of Asuene, manages the SMBC Asia Rising Fund, chairs the Asia Leaders Summit, and was ranked 4th among Japan's most influential venture investors.

Managing Partner, East Ventures

Background: Interned at independent VC firms as a student, then joined JAFCO as a new graduate in 2014. Later joined East Ventures, a seed-focused independent VC, where he serves as Managing Partner for Japan, overseeing fund operations and portfolio support.
Investment Track Record: Executes dozens of new seed investments per year across consumer, SaaS, fintech, Web3, and healthcare, with a portfolio of more than 100 companies in Japan and abroad. Has served as outside director of AppBrew (operator of the cosmetics review app LIPS) and Giraffe, and as auditor of Popshoot and PATRA, supporting startups from the pre-seed stage onward.
